Vivian said the quality of the body work was excellent but they would not include the air conditioning system or the blown tire in the estimate. They replaced the blown tire with an old tire that was the wrong size. When she told the representative about the tire he acknowledged her comments but did nothing about it. She asked for her blown tire back because it was newer than the one they replaced it with but they did not have it to give to her. They told her the air conditioning was not part of the accident but it worked before the accident and it does not now. She contacted them on a daily basis because she was renting a vehicle at her expense and she wanted to know they were working on her vehicle. They kept her updated during the repairs.
