Ronald said this business never called him with a status report. His wife had to call to find out the status of his vehicle, at which point they told her they had already contacted the insurance to get the approval for the repairs. He said he had to return to this business to make a couple of adjustments, but he chose not to elaborate. He said the hood isn't even and he has to contact this business about doing a hood alignment. The person who did the estimate was a good kid.
