Spoke with Mr. and Ms. W. They said they brought this vehicle in for repairs. They stated they weren't satisfied with the quality of the repair because of the following. They had to return to this business twice to have the following repairs done correctly. One of the door windows made a sound when it went up or down, and the hydraulic hatch wasn't working. The above issues were corrected on their most recent visit with this business.

The problems Mark is talking about were problems with the used car dept. The body shop had nothing to do with this car.
