Lorenza said he wasn't completely satisfied, because he had to make arrangements to bring his vehicle back. There was some work not completed. Once he brought the vehicle back, they did finish the work. However Lorenza stated the finished work was not done to his satisfaction. He did get an estimate back in November for $2,400. One reason he wasn't happy with the repair service, was the estimate. He never saw the paperwork, which the adjuster sent the paper work to the business. He did not know what additional repairs were needed, and which were being addressed. Lorenza stated he would give credit to KC, he provided good communication.
