Frank said he had to bring his vehicle back twice to get it finished. This business told him they would have the parts necessary to fix his vehicle but they didn't. It took extra time and aggravation. The individual who prepared his estimate had to call the insurance company and ask for more money because it was too low of an estimate. Frank said he was only informed about his vehicle when he called. The business didn't care about communicating with him. He would only recommend this facility to those who have good insurance.
