Honest Service
I have a regular mechanic who maintains my car, but for anything he can’t do, I’ll call on Walter. Walter is honest and does not try to upsell me, which I greatly appreciate. I took my Hyundai to a different dealer for a recall item a few years ago. They handed me a 5 page list of “things we need to do right now.” WE did not need any of those things. My mechanic had either already done it, or had spoke to me about doing it in the future. So the next time I got a recall notice I switched to Renton. The FIRST thing Walter asked me was, “Do you have a regular mechanic?” (Yes.) “Okay, he has probably done these things, or it’s on his radar. I just like to check with the customer first.” THE CUSTOMER FIRST. Walter earned my utmost respect that day, and I will not go anywhere else.
