Susan said the only thing she was unhappy about was that they just kind of swiped at the windows, and they were all smeared. She didn't hear from them during the repair, but she didn't call because she just assumed they were doing what they were supposed to. It was supposed to be ready on Friday, and when she did call on Thursday, they told her it would be ready later that afternoon, so it was completed a day earlier than promised. Susan said she chose this business because she didn't know where to go and asked her State Farm representative for a recommendation in the area. It would have been nice if they had cleaned the windows. Susan stated she supposed it seemed nitpicky, but it was a sunny day and through the glare she could see the swirls so she had a little trouble seeing. If it hadn't been sunny she probably wouldn't even have noticed the windows.
