Marley said he received the vehicle 2 weeks after the promised time due to delayed parts. He was not kept adequately informed, was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel or with this business's communication because they didn't contact regarding him the status of his vehicle. Lastly, he would not recommend this business to others because of this experience.

We pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide, and this type of comment is nearly unheard of from our customers, so this surprises us. Our goal is to create "raving fans" of Carriage Case. Unfortunately, it appears that did not happen in this situation. We communicated primarily with Mrs. Anderson and her grandson, and they were aware of the parts delay throughout the process, as well as the status of the repairs. It is likely the information was not shared with Marley by his wife or grandson, otherwise he would have been aware of the difficulties we experienced with obtaining the parts in a timely fashion. We regret that Marley thought poorly of his experience with us, but we hope he will consider us in the future, should the need arise.
