Thankfully Frances and Serafim were happy with our services and the quality of work. We provide a lifetime guarantee, and our reputation depends upon the quality of our work and services. It appears we achieved that goal with them. But I am disappointed Serafim believes we are too expensive, as I believe we are competitive with other repair facilities in the area. In addition, our labor rates are lower than the average labor rates in the area. We believe all repairs must be performed with the highest quality in mind, and there are certain procedures that must be done to allow that to happen. Unfortunately, not all shops have the same high level of expectations that we do, and are willing to sacrifice quality. Subsequently, that might make us more expensive than the shops that are willing to cut corners and do not guarantee their work. Our integrity and reputation are too important to cut corners in order to be the cheapest place in town. We might not be the cheapest, but we are one of the best! Frances and Serafim are valued customers, and I hope they will consider using us again in the future if the need arises.
