Spoke with Casey. He said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair. There was extensive damage to the bumper and undercarriage, but he chose not to elaborate further as to what was not repaired correctly the first time. He brought the vehicle back twice and it is still not right. It will have to go back a third time because they ordered a part which will need to be installed, but did not say what part needed to be installed.
