Hello Michael, we are sorry you feel that the service rendered were not worth the price paid.  The heater flush you requested is not a guaranteed service, it has a 95% chance for success.  The other 5% either fail from leakage or the inability of the high pressure water to loosen the stoppage in the heater.  The latter is the reason you still do not have heat. The only guaranteed fix is a heater replacement.  We always refund the failed flush fee toward the replacement of the heater core.  If you would like to have the heater replaced the part that has been paid for the flush will apply toward the repair and have guaranteed heat in the truck.

    We attempt to do high quality work at a fair price.  We understand that your timing cover and radiator replacement were expensive to repair.  We are always striving to be competitive.  If you have a completed invoice total for us to compare our quote we would appreciate it.  On most work performed by us there is a 12m/12000mi nationwide warranty.  While this does increase cost to the customer, it also adds peace of mind and confidence in knowing a job is well done.  Thank you for your patronage!

Very easy to do business with. Very accommodating in working with your schedule. Great service.
When you call, you are greeted with a friendly voice willing to meet your service needs. When you arrive, they analyze your car and talk straight with you regarding the work that needs to be done, advising you of the cost before any work is done. if they find additional issues while they are working on the car, they discuss it with you, giving you the answers you need to make the best decision for you. They have taken great care of my car.

This company cares
My car starting not running right and making odd sounds. I took it in the them at 3 on a Friday. They called at 4:25 with a diagnosis and quote, started work Monday morning and I had my car back Monday afternoon. They even spotted a crack in a tube that may have caused problems down the road and we fixed that while they had the car on the rack. Fair pricing, courteous and outstanding service always. I am a senior citizen and always feel like I am being looked out for. Great local company that does good work at a fair price. I would highly recommend them.

Honest and fast.
You guys diagnose the problem and give an estimate. You fix the problem and it doesn't take a week to get your vehicle back. I appreciate honesty. That is hard to find in this day and age.

Replacing a bulb
Hey the only thing my wife didn’t like is that we got charge extra money for using o debit card. My wife was so upset when I share that information with her.

I am sorry that you had this experience but there is a fee/percentage the credit card companies charge me for running a card on transactions under 50$.  On your next visit remind us and we will apply a credit coupon to any work done.
