Replacing a bulb
Hey the only thing my wife didn’t like is that we got charge extra money for using o debit card. My wife was so upset when I share that information with her.

I am sorry that you had this experience but there is a fee/percentage the credit card companies charge me for running a card on transactions under 50$.  On your next visit remind us and we will apply a credit coupon to any work done.

Darrell said they had worked on his vehicle. It was still overheating. He called, and spoke with the son ,and was told to bring the vehicle in. The father told him, they would not have time to look at it. So, he would have to leave the vehicle or come back. The father never spoke with the son about it, which he did not like. He probably would recommend this business. However, if he knew of another business, this business would probably be his second or third choice to recommend. His first experience wasn't like this.

Excellent service
These guys go out of their way to provide an outstanding service experience. While I was waiting, I observed Kandra (office manager and partner) working with a customer to help him come up with the money he needed to get his car repaired. She didn't give him the money or anything, but they came up with a payment plan to help him save up for his repairs. This extra service at no additional cost. That's what caring for customers looks like!
