Landon said his vehicle was 5 days later than promised. He mentioned that Manny told him the vehicle would be done on Friday and then he told him that it would not be done until Monday. Landon told them he was paying for the rental vehicle and if they were not going to be done on time, then he could borrow one of his father's vehicles as to save on the rental price. Manny assured him that there was no need because they would take care of it. The vehicle was not done until Wednesday and he paid $150 extra for the rental vehicle and this business only reimbursed him $50 of it. Lastly, he was told the vehicle took longer because of the weather they were having, the alignment and the computer having to be reset.
