Sam said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work because his bumper looks a little bit off. He was not completely satisfied with the paint work performed because the paint work he had done is a little bit lighter than the rest of the vehicle. The employees were the best people he has worked with and they provided fantastic customer service. This was the best experience he's had, they finished the whole repair in three days and he was impressed. This business was spotless.

Lucas said he would have given them a top rating if they had communicated with him better during the repairs. He received one call to update him on the status of the vehicle and the repairs took 2 weeks. With the exception of the lack of communication everything was good.

Paul said the representatives did a great job, but they forgot to do a touch up on the back of the vehicle on the upper part of the tail gate portion. They also forgot the bottle of touch up in his vehicle. He was absolutely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff.
