Chris gave a rating of 4 for the overall experience because they forgot to fix a floor mat. He had specifically requested they fix this floor mat. There was also no phone call when the vehicle was ready even though the business said they would call him. When Chris called at 5 PM the business said the vehicle had been ready all day, but there was no way for Chris to have known this. This also created problems with the rental company. He was also referred by a reputable personal source.
