John said he was not satisfied with the quality of the body work because the motor mounts were damaged in the accident and they did not even check them out or repair them. He was not satisfied with the paint work performed at first, but he chose not to elaborate why. He brought his vehicle back and they did correct the paint to his satisfaction. He was satisfied with the courtesy of the personnel, but he was not satisfied with the professionalism of the personnel because they did not even check out the motor mounts. As a result of this visit, he will not recommend this facility to others.
