Roy said he was greeted well when he entered this business. The woman at the front desk was kind, polite and attentive. When he told her he had a claim and needed repair work, she promptly called Dave, the person who assisted with the estimate. Dave was very attentive and kind, he held open doors and was a real gentleman. After he dropped off his vehicle, the rental agency did not show and he needed a ride, that is when one of the technicians came through and gave him one. He has had no better experience at any kind of business and they provided the best customer service. So far, he can see no flaws or defects in the body or paint work performed. He is very satisfied and the repaired areas look brand new. He is more than satisfied with the level of quality shown in the work completed. They went way beyond and did better than he expected. The vehicle was completed earlier in the day than originally expected and when it was returned to him, it had been washed and cleaned thoroughly, which he really appreciated.
