Katie said her overall experience with them was rated a 4. She has to go back. Her bumper isn't flush. It's not in a smooth line. It sticks out under the headlight. When she pushes on it it goes in and out. It's not screwed on tight. Her vehicle was returned in a really clean condition. It was wonderful. She has 2 toddlers and it was cleaned beautifully. She appreciates how fast they did the work. She's been there before. When this accident happened, she knew she would take her vehicle there. She knows she'll be taken good care of.
