Brian said he was about 90 percent satisfied with the quality of the body work. The business forgot to take care of a few issues he mentioned when he initially brought the vehicle in. The plastic antenna from his roof is missing and the business did not replace it. One of the windows needed to be replaced. He took his vehicle elsewhere, after this business returned his vehicle, to have the glass repaired. On the driver's side compartment there is a sunroof. The shade is too close to the sunroof and can't move back and forth. He would have appreciated if the liaison from this business he worked with had been more open with what the business could or could not do. He was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because he felt they could have been more engaging and concerned with his situation. The liaison could have been more enthusiastic. He did mention that he felt all of his concerns regarding this business were very small issues. Overall, the business did a good job.
