Francis said he brought his vehicle in because they have the equipment to check things. Electronic work was what he wanted. They wanted to put in a Jasper transmission and torque for $4,200. He told them to put the pan on and he would have it towed elsewhere. The other place said they would overhaul it and put in a new converter for $1,800. That's quite a difference in price. He would not recommend this business due to this experience.

Thank you for your review of your experience at out shop. I understand you brought your vehicle in for electronic repairs. But the problems you were having were being caused by issues with the transmission on your truck. Besides the Jasper transmission we quoted you (which is as good if not better than a new trans.) we did give you the option of rebuilding your transmission at a lower cost. I hope the quality of work that you had done was as good as what we would have done. Our work is done by ASE Certified Master Technicians and comes with a 1 year nationwide parts and labor warranty. The Jasper has a 3 yr 36000 mile natiowide warranty.
