I received a recall on my 2014 Sonata and called the closet dealership for the updates. I was able to schedule an appointment within the week and receptionist answered my questions regarding how long it would take and if I needed transportation back home/work. On the day of service I was helped by Brandon and he was very helpful and friendly. The updates took the amount of time that I was told and within a few short hours my car was back. Since then I've received email updates to please contact Hyundai if i was not satisfied with work. I appreciate the contact so that if I had issues they would have been taken care of. I'll definitely use the dealership again!
