I took my 90 year old father to the office, he was having leg pains. They left him sitting on a table for 90 minutes!!!! He was cold and uncomfortable. Apparently, the doctor was "on the phone". When he finally was seen, the doctor said he needed to see a different doctor in that office, and we should make an appointment for that. No service, no satisfaction, just a co-payment and aggravation. If that isn't bad enough, no one in the office speaks clear English and I could not understand anyone. The staff person was on her own cellphone while she took his vitals, arguing with her own doctor about not having to pay her own co-pay because she works in a doctors office. So insulting, so rude, horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN.
