Hailey said the staff was really nice. They told her she needed to replace her brakes as soon as possible but she still has 5,000 miles on her brakes. They also said her rotors needed to be resurfaced and they didn't need to be. She would not recommend them for service based on the issues she had.

Called up through the Yelp link, this is pretty convenient! Dave the owner answered, even though I think I called around 7pm. My car has a break squeak, I was able to ask Dave questions and he told me that I should only need to replace my break pads and have my rotors turned. He also told me that they would bleed them so the squeak would go away.

Kimya said this business was overpriced. The guy in the office was rude and he seemed like he was trying to get her to buy parts that were not necessary. She said she felt he was not trustworthy. He was in street clothes and he looked like he was not supposed to be there that day. The parts were expensive. They were double the price of other parts stores. The mechanic that actually worked on her vehicle was pretty good and honest. He told her that she only needed one part and it would fix her problem. She liked him and she would probably go back if she could have a guarantee she would just be dealing with him. She wanted them to do extra work for her by having them install new spark plugs and wires but they quoted her $180 in labor. It was expensive and it shouldn't take them an hour and a half to do the work. She needed an oxygen sensor and they were going to charge her $80 for the part when the cost of the part ranged from $19 to $56. She thought they were trying to overcharge her by saying it was going to take longer to do the work than it actually should take.

"Great service from great people"
A friend of mine referred me to Certified Car Care. I came in and spoke to the owner Dave who was more than helpful. I wasn't expecting things to go so fast, but his crew was able to diagnose my vehicle right when I came in. I was able to come back later that day for a transmission fluid change. Overall, I was very impressed with the customer service and I was very glad I took my car here. I can genuinely say I will be taking my car here in the years to come if I run into any more car trouble! Polite crew, nice owner, and versatile prices!
