Miguel said after his initial visit with the business, he noticed there was something wrong with his vehicle and he was losing power. He called the business and brought it back in. The business told him that someone was out to get him and had broke into his vehicle and loosened two spark plugs. He said that made no sense to him because they would have scratched his vehicle or did something more extensive. He understands that people make mistakes, but he would not have been upset if they were just honest about it and admitted they messed up. They completed the repair within 30 minutes and did not charge him. He will not be going back to the business.

"Customer Service!"
Car was brought in for fuel leak. Although I was told it would be out the same day, it took 2 full days as there was some problems that were encountered. Without going into much detail, what was most upsetting was dealing with the rental that was provided. Also the fact that I missed an extremely important appointment the garage knew about ahead of time and no one was around to make a decision to get another rental for a second day so I could make an the appointment. Rental was provided, but was a nightmare dealing with them and hold they put on funds through credit card. My cost for having rental (although billed to garage) for 2 days was over $60 plus gas. If it was not for the customer service, they do make you feel like a valued customer, I would not return. They did great work. I cannot recommend to a friend at this time, but I will try them one more time.

Spoke with Enrique's father. He said the experience was alright, but he would not recommended them because they told him over the phone that the work would cost $150, but the final bill was about $214. When he asked why it would be so much more, they told him they had to do additional things. He said he went ahead and had the work done, but he was not happy about it and he will probably not return. He said he wishes they would stick to their work after they provide a quote over the phone.
