Honesty and outstanding knowledge and competence about vehicle repairs at a very reasonable price
I felt that my 1997 GMC Jimmy was likely going to be broken beyond repair when I took it to Charleston Auto Repair for diagnostics. They not only were able to repair my vehicle so that now it runs like a brand new one, but did so at at a price that didn't "break the bank," so to speak. They are also willing to explain in understandable terms what problems exist in a vehicle, and what needs to be done to eliminate those problems. In no way, however, to they try to push a customer to add on expensive procedures that may not be absolutely necessary. They for sure have my business from now on. I could not be more pleased!
