As far as auto repair experiences go, this has to be right at the top of my list. I had never been to Charleston Auto Repair. The water pump failed, and the car couldn't be driven very far without overheating. I called at 7:30 am. and asked if I could bring the car in at noon would it be fixed by the time they closed. When I arrived, Marty told me he was down two mechanics and was pretty backed-up. I was worried, but ten minutes later, the car was moving to the lift. The work they did was thorough and impressive. Marty and his whole team are great.
