Josh said they charged $150 for a diagnosis. He said he could have gone to a different business and had it checked out for $40. He wouldn't recommend the business because of the price.

We have been in contact with Josh, who still can not understand the difference between a $40.00 scan for codes and a thorough electrical diagnosis of a complex issue with an electronically controlled transmission. Our diagnostic charges were explained before beginning on the vehicle. Rather than have us repair it properly, he took it back to his "regular mechanic" for a third attempt to patch it back together after we diagnosed the issue. He got what he paid for when we diagnosed the problem. He has not gotten the transmission repaired and appears to be upset at us even though we were not permitted to correct the issue.
