Tom said they do not take American Express which was surprising to him. He would have appreciated it they had made him aware of it upfront.

Unfortunately Tom didn't ask before we performed the work or we would have told him directly. We do have the Mastercard, Visa, and Discover logos on the front door in plain sight as well as on our website. As an American Express card holder, I have personally run into numerous business locations that do not accept them.
