Oil Change
Took a bit of time, but I did not have an appointment for my oil change. The representatives were polite. I was impressed with the wash job on my Grand Cherokee, thank you. The cashier is always very pleasant, thank you.You included a price for four new tires of over one thousand dollars. I will have to purchase new tires within the next couple of months. I asked your service department if that price included all the extras that Les Schwab Tires includes (road hazard, free air checks, free balance. free rotation, etc) and your service department said no. If I am going to spend the same amount of money on tires I will buy from the business that offers the most for my money. I would prefer getting the tires from WWCDJR, but I am not going to pay to have my tires rotated every time I change my oil.
