Gertlene said her vehicle was in the business for a month and a half. The staff would tell her one thing one day and another thing another day. She got the impression that they did not know what they were doing. They kept changing the reason for the delay and started blaming each other. Her estimate was handled through the insurance company. The business did not stay in touch with her and she kept having to call in. She chose not to evaluate the quality of the repair because she just got the vehicle back and it seems to her that the idle is up too high. She would not recommend them to others over the issues already mentioned.

Christina said she took her vehicle to this business to fix the door handle on the passenger side. Instead of them fixing the door handle on the passenger side, they fixed the door handle on the driver side. While they were in the process of fixing the door handle, they broke another part. She said the main problem was the estimator. She could not understand a word he was saying because he kept mumbling and having an attitude towards her. He told her to come back on her appointment day and she kept telling him that she had an appointment with them. She said he was trying make it seem like everything was her fault. The vehicle was ready in 5 and a half hours because they were trying to fix the part that they broke. She said everyone at this business was great but the estimator. He did give her a refund but she said he did not take care of her. Due to this experience she would not recommend them.

Spoke with Zula. She said she was not satisfied with how long it took this business to repair her vehicle. She waited almost two weeks to get her vehicle. She was not given a reason for the delay. She was somewhat satisfied with the communication because they did not let her know why it was taking so long. She has been to this business before and has always been satisfied except for this time. She has already recommended them to others. She likes the personnel because they are courteous and accommodating.

Ben said he took his vehicle in on December 21st and it was there until February 5th. They did not tell him how long the work would take, but he had no idea it would take that long. He had to call them to ask what the hold up was and he spoke to a manager who was extremely rude to him. He ended up talking to another manager. He will not recommend this business based on this experience.

Andrew said he was not very satisfied overall because the experience was not pleasant from his standpoint. The quality looks good, but he was not satisfied because a door is not lined up. It hits when closing. He is satisfied with their communication, but communication has recently been lacking between USAA, him, and the business regarding his missing belongings. he chose not to elaborate as to what is missing. USAA is trying to track them down. He would not recommend them because of the door, his belongings, and the right front shock or strut. The strut is in the impact area, and sounds like it is blown every time he drives over a bump.

I'm very sorry you have an issue with the repair we did to your vehicle. We will be glad to look over your repair with you again. Sounds like the door can be adjusted in a matter of minutes. The suspension can be addressed with a road test. As for the personal items missing from your vehicle, I have spoken with the 3 techs that worked on your car as well as my detailer and nothing was taken from your vehicle by my team nor did they remember seeing anything in it. It is my understanding the vehicle was at 2 other places before it got to my shop. One being the salvage yard where it is my understanding any personal effects are removed from vehicles when they arrive there. My suggestion would be to work with USAA and Copart (salvage yard) to try to reclaim your belongings. Please contact me when convenient for you and we will schedule a time to address your concerns.

Spoke with Bell. She said it took a month for the vehicle to be ready. They changed the due date several times without giving her a clear reason why. She was told there were insurance company delays and then they said there was a parts delay. The only person who kept her informed was from the insurance company. She said the person in charge of the repair did not come forward with the reasons for the delay and he had a bad attitude. The business did not communicate with her unless she contacted them first. She would not recommend them because they promised the vehicle would be ready one day and when Dallas went to pick it up they told him the vehicle would not be ready that day.

Spoke with Frieda. She said when they brought in the vehicle this business didn't have a record of the information because they didn't write it down. Also, she had to take it to the service center and the repair side and it took two weeks. It only took one day to fix the brakes, but the vehicle sat in service a week before it went to repairs, and then it took a week to get it done even though there was hardly any damage. She chose not to specify about satisfaction with the way she was treated. She stated in the end she was finally, but at the beginning before they got it all figured out and in the middle, they were kind of rude and never really took responsibility for not having the information. She stated she only had contact with one person at Classic Collision, and after they were all finished, she was satisfied, but in between it was very frustrating. Frieda stated a week later, after her daughters' vehicle was brought to this business, somebody hit her vehicle but she took it to another business and got it back before her daughter got her vehicle back from this business. She wouldn't recommend this business just because the communication wasn't very clear.

William said he called them to ask about his vehicle and they told him it was ready. When he got there, there were still some issues with it. They kept his vehicle for a few more days. They called him a second time to say his vehicle was ready. When he got there, there were still some issues with it, which they didn't fix. William said no one walked around his vehicle to show him what was done. His vehicle was supposed to take 15 days but they took more than 2 months with his vehicle. They were waiting for parts and they were busy. They did not keep him informed because they were busy.

Christopher said this business took over a month to return his vehicle. He said parts had to be ordered and then the wrong parts arrived and more parts had to be ordered. He was not kept informed during the work. This is the reason he would not recommend this business to others.

I apologize for not communicating more often than we did. Unfortunately when working on vehicles more than 10 years old and having to deal with salvage parts, delays are common. We will not sacrafice quality for quantity no matter what age the vehicle is or what type of parts are used. If the part is not top quality, we will get one that is.

Spoke with Lashon. She said she was so unhappy with their service that she went to another business for the repairs. She did not like the technician's demeanor. She told him the hood and bumper needed to be fixed. He said there were no scratches on the hood, when she could clearly see them. She was also told her vehicle looked old any it would be replaced with old parts. She had just purchased her vehicle a month ago. For these reasons, she was not satisfied with the way the estimate was handled and would not be recommending them to anyone.

Philip said his overall experience with them could've been improved. They didn't complete the whole job. What they did do was good. He told them to fix the driver's side taillight, and they painted the fin and fender. On the trunk by the fender was a big scratch that they didn't take care of, which was very obvious. He was satisfied with what they did do as far as the quality of the repair. They told him the scratch he pointed out on the trunk wasn't included in the price. If he wants it painted, it'll cost him another $500. He's not going back if that's the case. He had dropped off his vehicle for service and they took it over to the body shop.

Mr. Fayette dropped his vehicle off for a service repair. The service advisor brought the car to the body shop for an estimate. The service advisor pointed out the areas to be repaired. The service advisor got approvel from Mr. Fayette and brought it to the body shop for repair. I will be glad to loojk at the trunk and attempt to buff scratch or touch-up at no charge to Mr. Fayette.
