Lindsay said she had an issue with the insurance company that processed her claim. They towed the vehicle on December 29th and it got to the business on December 31st. She said she got the vehicle back on January 19th because they had to sort out the claim. She said she doesn't think the business between her, the business, and the insurance company was good. They never called her to let her know what was going on. When she got the vehicle back the check engine light was on. She said she thought they knocked off the sensor. They did something different, but the light turned off and the repair is good. She chose not to elaborate. She said she thinks they do good work and she would recommend them to others. They were friendly. They did not tell her when the vehicle would be ready, but the work took a long time.

Ms. Kennington's vehicle was not repaired at our facility. It was towed here by mistaske and was towed to another repair facility the same day.
