Spoke with Frieda. She said when they brought in the vehicle this business didn't have a record of the information because they didn't write it down. Also, she had to take it to the service center and the repair side and it took two weeks. It only took one day to fix the brakes, but the vehicle sat in service a week before it went to repairs, and then it took a week to get it done even though there was hardly any damage. She chose not to specify about satisfaction with the way she was treated. She stated in the end she was finally, but at the beginning before they got it all figured out and in the middle, they were kind of rude and never really took responsibility for not having the information. She stated she only had contact with one person at Classic Collision, and after they were all finished, she was satisfied, but in between it was very frustrating. Frieda stated a week later, after her daughters' vehicle was brought to this business, somebody hit her vehicle but she took it to another business and got it back before her daughter got her vehicle back from this business. She wouldn't recommend this business just because the communication wasn't very clear.
