Spoke with Ivy. She said the business was always keeping her updated and she liked not having to call because then she would have been worried. There was a 3 business day delay due to parts being ordered. When she got her vehicle back it was so clean it looked like it had just come off the lot. She liked how the people at the business talked to her.
