Philip said his overall experience with them could've been improved. They didn't complete the whole job. What they did do was good. He told them to fix the driver's side taillight, and they painted the fin and fender. On the trunk by the fender was a big scratch that they didn't take care of, which was very obvious. He was satisfied with what they did do as far as the quality of the repair. They told him the scratch he pointed out on the trunk wasn't included in the price. If he wants it painted, it'll cost him another $500. He's not going back if that's the case. He had dropped off his vehicle for service and they took it over to the body shop.

Mr. Fayette dropped his vehicle off for a service repair. The service advisor brought the car to the body shop for an estimate. The service advisor pointed out the areas to be repaired. The service advisor got approvel from Mr. Fayette and brought it to the body shop for repair. I will be glad to loojk at the trunk and attempt to buff scratch or touch-up at no charge to Mr. Fayette.
