Service for a recall issue
Service was completed, I think, correctly. Not being a mechanic, I must depend on the expertise of the dealership to preform the required services. I do take my vehicle elsewhere for the required oil changes and tire rotations. The dealer costs are just to high.

Regular checkup
The only bad part is they never reset the service feature in my car, nor did they put a new sticker as to when my next oil change would be due.

Mark kept focus on the recall, keeping the visit as short as possible.

WiFi worked well this time. Waiting room is nice; would benefit from a few desks for those that need to squeeze in work while waiting.

Could do better...
Made an appointment and still took 75 minutes for an oil change. I felt like they forgot about me. No communication. This was my first time going to Mentor Service because I have a new SUV. Not sure if I will retun for a second chance, might need to find another Hyundai dealership.
