BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!
I went to the dealership at noon on a Sunday. Service department not open. My 2 yr old vehicle wouldn’t start the last two days and had to be jumped. The young woman working inside that day reassured me immediately that she would see what she could do to help me. I am a widow and live alone, so this response immediately calmed my stress. She told me to leave the car and that it would be looked at on Monday. Also gave me a “Courtesy Car” to drive until the car was fixed. I think her name was Jania. (Pronounced Jane - E - A). She is a great asset to Coastal Hyundai and was a blessing to me.
