explained in detail afterwards what was accomplished. While I was waiting for
my most recent repair - I watched this process play out every time - must be a neat place to work at. One lady was sitting in the waiting room while her husband was outside reviewing the repairs with the rep and she remarked "he is a difficult person to deal with" yet when the deal was done - the husband was smiling and
happy with repairs!! Says a lot about the people and their quality of work!
