Terrible communication
Collision center of Peoria had my car for a few days in early July 2021 they forgot a part and I did not notice until after I had picked up my car, once I had talked with them about it they said they would order the part and call me. They left me a message on 07/19 and since then I have not heard from them at all. I have called and left a message for two people and nothing. The communication from them has been beyond terrible and unacceptable. Side note and I have to add that per the work they did it was a good job. But I would not recommend them to anyone as to me communication is very important and they lack that!
