Karen said she isn't satisfied with the quality of the repair because there is still an issue with the bumper. She chose not to elaborate further regarding the bumper, but stated she has emailed the business regarding the issue. She mentioned the paint work wasn't satisfactory but the vehicle has already been repainted. She didn't share what the issue was with the paint work. Because Karen had to return for the paint work and will be taking it back for additional work on the bumper, she wouldn't recommend the business to others.
