I love their no-nonsense & no-pressure way of treating every customers. They will patiently explain the issue/s in a way that is understandable for the novice vehicle owner or the advanced do-it-yourselfer and will give you possible options and costs as well as prioritizing the issue/s as non-critical, urgent, or in between, while explaining the potential consequences of non-action.
I have never experience a more honest full service repair shop in the 43 years I have owned vehicles.
