Leroy said a 3 rating instead of a 5 when it comes to his satisfaction with his overall experience because when he got his vehicle back, it still wasn't ready along with not being done right. Some grease stains were left on the inside of his vehicle. It took another day and it went back again for additional work. Overall, it took 2 days longer to get his vehicle back. The reason for the delay had to do with fixing the back window, cleaning the inside of his vehicle and fixing the emblem. His vehicle wasn't returned to him in a clean condition because there were some greasy fingerprints found on the interior of his vehicle. The reason he wouldn't recommend this business to others, besides the experience, is because they do not take pride in their work.

All very minor issues were addressed and owner seemed satisfied with final product. Back window was due to a defective part. We take great pride in our work. It was dissappointing to hear someone say we do not.
