Nedhera said the work done on the body was fairly good. The finish had problems and there was a chemical odor left inside her vehicle that is still present. She stated the cleaning of her vehicle was done half-way and her vehicle had been left out in the rain. Her wheel covers were dirty. She paid for a new wheel cover but it was just as dirty as the other ones. She thinks this business should reimburse her if they did not use a brand new part because that is what she paid for. She added there was a gob of paint on the front wheel cover and lines of yellow paint on her black vehicle. She told a representative about this and he told her that this paint was already there. She had taken pictures of her vehicle previous to repairs and pointed out to the representative that there was only a chip of yellow paint on her bumper and not the wheel covers. She said the clear coat on the back passenger door had chips of white paint that her insurance agent tried rubbing off but had a difficult time doing so. She was not satisfied with the staff because she said she felt them giving her skulking looks like petulant children after they had to clean her wheel covers. She would not recommend this business to others based on the reasons mentioned.
