Colleen stated she was not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work because the rear axle is broken and makes a weird noise when she drives over a bump. She was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because they waited until the last minute to tell her she could have brought her rental vehicle to the business. She would not recommend this business for service because they are expensive.

Have left messages and emails for owner to contact us to address any issues she may have. Have not heard back from owner to this point.
