final product was loose and professional

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Near here I would stop at a professional collision center Albas collision on Elgin Ave or go to Loro Collision in Oak Park. First I go for a simple bumper repair, then when returned my A.C. doesnt work and new bumper is loose and not tight with fender. It seems that if the Geico rep steps in the estimate,your in trouble they are looking for the cheapest material and the Geico rep there is trying to avoid replacing parts and prefers "hammering out ". I asked to compare bumper to another exact model, he said he did and the bumper is now fine. I decided to look at his other car he had compared because it still looked bad. It was a car that has bad damage and bumper smashed, NICE COMPARISON AND NO WORKING AC. Save yourself the trouble.

The only work completed on this gentleman's vehicle was a rear bumper cover replacement. The NEW replacement bumper cover actually fit pretty well considering that both quarter panels that it mounted to had been verv very poorly repaired prior to coming here. It seems as though he may have been trying to find something to complain about so that he could get a free a/c repair. We never want to discredit a customers concerns but this person was being completely dishonest aobut his a/c and was unfair to write such a review.
