Joanne said the body of the vehicle looks fabulous, but there is a noise when she drives which seems to be from a loose pipe under the vehicle that was not there before. They told her they did not hear or see the problem she described. The air conditioner was not working. They dismissed her complaint about it, which she did not appreciate. She had to take it somewhere else to be repaired where they discovered it did not work as a result of the business replacing the compressor. When she picked up the vehicle there were greasy hand prints on the door, which she cleaned herself. They were courteous and kept her updated on the progress of the repair which she appreciated.
