Christopher said they did not repair a part of the running board and it is sticking out. It was not like that before the accident and they told him it wasn't their job to repair it. Also, he didn't want them to keep his vehicle for a long time again so he just left it alone. He was told his vehicle would before finished before two weeks and they had it for almost a month. They said it was because they kept finding additional repairs needed but they should have known that when they did the estimate. He would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned.

A message was left for Mr. Shelton to discuss with no returned call. His running boards were not repaired as his insurance company denied them being part of loss. He has aftermarket oversized wheels and tires that are too big for that vehicle and when the steering wheel is turned, it rubs on the running board causing damage. The vehicle repairs were completed within the two weeks quoted, however his damaged wheel was discontinued. He searched for a style and it took two weeks for him to decide what type of wheels to replace it with. When the new wheels arrived, repairs were shortly afterwards.
