William said he was really happy with his experience at this business and he will be going back if any more work needs to be done. This business does great work and he was happy with everything. The customer service was excellent including the receptionist who was nice and it is a relief to have a nice receptionist. He said the guy who took his vehicle and worked on it was nice, informative, letting him know what was happening with his vehicle and just a cool dude.

Spoke with Nicole. Nicole said the service engine light came back on after the vehicle was returned to her, and when she called them, they told her the vehicle probably needed an oil change. She stated that was completely false and it was within 1,000 miles of needing another oil change. The day before it was ready for pick-up they'd called and told her they were taking it to the Nissan dealer because the service engine light was on. Less than an hour later they called and said it was fixed. Nicole wondered if they hadn't really addressed the problem but actually just turned if off. Until the accident, the service engine light had never come on before. In 4 years it had never come on. They were kind of back pedaling and it was about a week and a half before they told her she could bring it back in on Monday. She chose this business because it was on the preferred list from the insurance company, and also because all her family has used them before and haven't usually had problems. This business did a great job other than that, so hopefully when she returns on Monday it will be resolved and they'll fix it.

James said this was the second time he's ever used this business. They did such a good job the first time he decided to use them again. His second repair was on the same spot as his first accident. They did a really nice job of repairing it. Kirk is a nice guy to work with. He liked that he could see the progress of his vehicle online.

Michael said everything the representatives did for his repair service was delivered as promised. His vehicle was returned in a beautiful condition. He absolutely did not have any complaints. The communication with the representatives was perfect. Michael found they were AAA approved, and the Better Business Bureau gave them top ratings. He sees now why they gave the rating scales, because they were excellent. If he is ever unfortunate to have another accident, he will return to the business for repair services.

Spoke with Jennifer. Jennifer said her repair service was completed earlier than promised. They promised to have her vehicle ready by the end of the day. However she needed her vehicle in the morning, and they made it work so she could have her vehicle. She was very satisfied with the communication with the business. Spoke with Cheryl. Cheryl said she was absolutely satisfied with the quality of the repair service. Their repair service was completed 3 days earlier than promised. The representatives were wonderful, and she was definitely satisfied with the way they were treated by the personnel. The representatives were extremely nice, and she would most definitely recommend the business for repair services. She had a death in the family, and as a result, they needed to go to Spokane. Also as a result, the representative inquired when they needed to leave, and then they got the repair service completed in time for her to drive their own vehicle. They did not have to rent a vehicle. Cheryl stated it was really nice.
