Spoke with Jean. She said the overall experience was wonderful. She insisted the vehicle completed on time even though they called to let her know it would be delayed. She said her children are competitive horse riders and they had a two week window when the vehicle would not be needed. The facility was very accommodating and scheduled the vehicle in, had ordered the parts and completed the repair in that two week period, causing her children to be ecstatic about not to have to miss a competition.
