Spoke with Janet. She said this business told her the vehicle would be ready on Thursday and she would be contacted Wednesday for an update, however, she was contacted Thursday morning and told the vehicle would not be ready until Friday. She was unsure if she was or was not provided with a reason for the vehicle tardiness. She was kept adequately informed and was satisfied with communication except for the slight slip-up with not having contacted her on the promised Wednesday. The personnel were very nice. She also chose this business because they were recommended by Triple A and her personal insurance.
