Kay said there was no need to be kept informed during the repair process, because she was aware of everything this business was doing. Prior to coming to this business she called Suburu for a price quote, and Cornforth Campbell CARSTAR Center charged much less for the work she needed to have done. Kay pointed out she couldn't believe the differnce in pricing. She explained she knows nothing about auto mechanics, and appreciated the following. Kurt was one of the people who helped her during her visit with this business. She stated he brought her in to the garage where her vehicle was on a lift, and showed her what had to be done underneath her vehicle. She commented she was so impressed with Kurt teaching her about the work that needed to be done, and it was wonderful to understand everything he was explaining to her. She was very pleased with her experience with this business, and said the staff was great.
